ETHEREUM · CLOSED BETA · NOT PUBLIC YET

Pre-arming windows
visible to 500 wallets.
Yours, or someone else’s.

Local Reth. Four-builder private bundle. Passkey-derived session keys. The whole hot-path is built so the first wallet in the seat-holder feed lands the buy — everyone else is reading about it.

500 Founders Passes, $216, one run. After the 500 mint there will never be another. Past that, the platform opens to anyone who already holds €15K on their own non-custodial wallet — balance read against addresses you declare, no KYC, no deposit. Every figure on this page is verifiable at /trades.

Why size escalates to a seat · four lines

Four reasons large positions choose private execution over public-mempool routing.

Pre-arm window
60 s ahead

Your buy is in the bundle before the pool exists — encoded in the launchpad contract, not a Telegram feed. Outside the seat-holder window you are reading about the launch, not catching it.

Live · code-enforced
Passkey-only sessions
no seed phrase

Session keys rotate from your passkey, signed in the Secure Enclave. Nothing to back up, nothing to extract, no seed-leak surface.

Live · on-chain
Four-builder submission
collusion-extinct

Every tx is signed into four private bundles in parallel — Flashbots, Beaverbuild, Titan, Lightspeed. The single-builder collusion failure-mode is mathematically extinct on this path.

Live · on-chain
Own Reth node
sub-100 ms p50

Quote engine reads our own Reth node over IPC — no external RPC dependency, no rate-limit you don’t control. The bot that has to wait on a third-party RPC loses the race to the bot that doesn’t.

Three things that cost you on every other platform

One problem per row. One answer per row. Every answer is something we deploy, not something we promise.

MEV sandwich tax

Flashbots + Eden data: ~0.3–2 % average sandwich impact per ETH-mainnet swap, no upper bound on size-weighted whale orders.

LOSURIA. Every submission is a private bundle fanned out to four builders — flashbots.net, beaverbuild.org, titanbuilder.xyz, lightspeedbuilder.info. Calldata never hits the public mempool. First inclusion wins; the rest drop.

RPC latency & rate-limit

Public free-tier RPC providers: ~500 ms p50, sharp 429s under bursts. Paid public-RPC tiers: 200 ms+ p50, still throttled on eth_call bursts. A snipe that has to wait 200 ms for a price quote loses the race to the bot that doesn't.

LOSURIA. Quote engine reads from a local Reth node over IPC — sub-1 ms RTT to the node, sub-100 ms end-to-end including network. No third-party RPC dependency, no rate-limit, no rack you don't control. Live p50/p95/p99 at /latency.

Custodial freeze risk

FTX, Mt. Gox. Every Telegram-bot sniper that took the field — all hold the seed in their HSM. Circle blocklists USDC. Same trade every time: speed for the right to be locked out without warning.

LOSURIA. Smart wallet owned by your passkey. The key is derived in-browser via WebAuthn PRF, lives ~12 ms between credential-get and signed payload, then zeroed. We see signed payloads, never key material. No HSM you can’t reach.

Audit ledger · recent protected swaps

Every line is a real tx hash. Click through to Etherscan, verify the bundle inclusion on flashbots.net. No marketing screenshots.

“Saved” is a counterfactual estimate — same swap, same block, same DEX, simulated against the public-mempool route. Full method at /mev/recent. Live feed updates as bundles land.

Built to outlast the cycle · recurring revenue, not a token sale

Four revenue rails the operator runs in parallel — so the lights stay on after the next drawdown, not before it.

Per-fill EUR floor
€2 / fill

Every swap clears a €2 EUR-denominated floor on top of the variable BPS. Quoted in ETH at Chainlink ETH/USD at execute-time. Live in the backend today.

Live · backend M1
Launchpad fees
0.08 ETH / launch

Every token launched through the LOSURIA launchpad pays 0.08 ETH for the deployment, plus 0.05 ETH per day for the featured-listing slot. Token Factory v3 live on mainnet.

Live · factory v3
Yield-bearing treasury
operator-run

The operator runs treasury allocation against the accumulated swap-fee float — not a custodial yield product, not user-facing yield. Sweeper deposits into Aave V3 on demand; principal+yield readable on-chain at any time.

Live · sweeper deployed
Why this matters
no exit-via-token

Once swap traffic compounds post-mint, the recurring fee rails plus a finite Founders Pass supply give LOSURIA a revenue model that outlasts the next cycle — no token-sale exit. The LSR airdrop is a Pass perk, not the revenue model.

Authority · on Ethereum mainnet, today

Six contracts live today on Ethereum mainnet. Each line links to its Etherscan source-verified contract — the public source-repository mirror is part of the post-launch transparency roadmap.

Founders Pass, Fee Collector and LSR are immutable on the fee-flow path — no admin function can redirect collected ETH, change the sink, or mint new LSR. The operator-committed cap is 500 mints (the contract’s technical ceiling of 1500 is never reached because phaseCap stays at 500 forever). Verify at the source tree above. Token Factory v3, Subscription V1 and Treasury Sweeper V1 are also live on mainnet — all addresses above link to verified Etherscan contracts.

Founders Pass · $216, 500 only, never again

One Pass: one perk wired on-chain day-1, one pre-launch allocation pending the snapshot, two on the Q3 2026 roadmap. We mark the difference clearly.

LSR airdrop allocation
500K / Pass

250M LSR ÷ 500 Passes = 500,000 LSR per Pass. Identical allocation for every holder. Claim is Merkle-proof via the deployed LosuriaAirdrop; snapshot taken after the 500th mint. LSR has no liquidity pool yet — the allocation is pre-launch; the token becomes tradeable later, when the operator chooses to seed the WETH/LSR pool.

Pre-launch · snapshot pending
Governance vote
1 per Pass

Vote on builder weights, fee-corridor changes, treasury allocation. One vote per Pass. Operator-posted proposals at /governance; each holder signs an EIP-191 ballot with their passkey wallet; voting power = balanceOf(voter) on the Founders Pass at vote-cast time, resolved via the local Reth node.

Operator-posted · in-app signed ballots
Fee discount
Q3 2026

Holder-tier fee cut on every swap. Ships when quote-engine + frontend calldata path are both provable on a block-explorer trace.

Roadmap · honest disclosure
Snipe priority
Q3 2026

Founders Pass holders dispatched first when two snipes target the same block. Needs a priority-queue contract; in scoping.

Against the platform-held HSM model

Six dimensions whales actually ask about. We win on five. We’re honest about the one where the established field has more reach.

Custody LOSURIA · non-custodial · key in your Secure Enclave Established sniper field · platform-held HSM
MEV protection 4 private builders · private mempool 2–3 relays · unspecified or single-relay
RPC Local Reth · sub-100 ms p50 Third-party RPC · rate-limited

Two things to do next

Open the app to check the €15K threshold against your own non-custodial wallet — a balance read against addresses you declare, no KYC, no deposit. If you want governance + the pre-launch LSR airdrop allocation (no liquidity pool yet), mint a Founders Pass while seats remain.
